🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead civil/site design for grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility systems.
• Direct and review construction documents and engineering calculations.
• Manage permitting strategy and agency coordination (e.g., NYC DEP, DOT).
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and lead project meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of progressive civil/site engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NYC agency approval pathways (e.g., NYCDEP, NYCDOT).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; stormwater tools a plus.
• Experience supporting construction administration (RFIs, submittals).
