💼 About This Role

You'll lead the continued execution and scale of Viant Outcomes product, partnering with Product leadership to translate strategy into scalable execution. You'll drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver measurable value for advertisers. This role requires deep ad tech expertise and the ability to solve complex problems in a high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional programs supporting Viant Outcomes.
• Partner with Product leadership to operationalize the Outcomes strategy within the Performance portfolio.
• Drive coordination across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Customer teams.
• Design program frameworks, operating rhythms, templates, and governance models for consistent delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or platform environment.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Hands-on experience supporting or managing performance campaigns or outcomes-based advertising products.
• Bachelor's degree required.
