🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the launch of the new Lenexa site collections team
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive performance improvements
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and compliance for the unit

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of collections or call center leadership experience
• 1-2 years of direct people management experience
• Deep understanding of collections math and negotiation strategies
