💼 About This Role

You'll drive post-acute and long-stay census results for Otterbein ministries in Toledo, Ohio. You'll build relationships with hospital key accounts to generate patient referrals for skilled nursing and rehab care. This role offers the chance to develop digital marketing strategies and work collaboratively across multiple locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish relationships with hospital key accounts to drive patient referrals
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans for target geography
• Distribute promotional items to referral sources in targeted accounts
• Coordinate marketing efforts to meet census goals and anticipate referrals

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales/marketing/clinical liaison experience for Skilled Nursing Provider
• Understanding of the skilled nursing admission process
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
