💼 About This Role

You'll lead the evaluation of internal business SOX controls and execute operational audits at Roblox, a leading immersive 3D platform. Your work will shape the internal control environment as the company grows. You'll partner with finance stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and document design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Execute operational audits using a risk-based approach.
• Update SOX scoping analysis for in-scope accounts and processes.
• Guide business in developing action plans to remediate control deficiencies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a technology company or Big 4
• Working towards CPA or CIA certification
• Knowledge of SOX, COSO, and US GAAP
