💼 About This Role

You'll help shape how Spotify defines and enforces policies across music, podcasts, AI features, and user-generated content. Your core impact will be researching, drafting, and implementing content and generative AI policies that scale globally. You'll partner with Product, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to align on policy direction and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve trust & safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft content and generative AI policies for global scale
• Partner with Product, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve policy clarity
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to red-teaming exercises

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in policy development or trust & safety
• Experience with online safety topics including generative AI and free expression
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex problems
• Comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crisis management and escalations
• Background in content moderation or enforcement
• Knowledge of generative AI policy challenges
