Description

In this 12-month contract role, you will ensure customer-facing content across HelloFresh and Chefs Plate brands is accurate and engaging. You'll manage digital assets and menu content, collaborate with offshore teams, and drive process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets including complex formulas
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with SQL or strong interest in learning

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly recipe and menu content workflows for accuracy and quality
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks to improve workflow efficiency
• Act as internal tool expert, resolving system bugs and supporting technical issues
• Lead or contribute to product projects including NPD and process rollouts
• Manage recipe databases, execute data clean-up, and analyze datasets for insights
