You will target, onboard, and support leading online health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives. You'll collaborate on strategies blending marketing, sales, and business development to enhance coaches' impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
  • Driven by results and growth.
  • Collaborative and creative approach to challenges.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and confident in English.

Responsibilities

  • Build portfolio of coaches by scouting, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus.
  • Manage and support portfolio of 15-20 health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses.
  • Collaborate on strategies for marketing, sales, and business development initiatives.
  • Foster trust-based relationships with coaches as their go-to collaborator.
  • Coordinate projects, participate in key meetings, and deliver quality service.
