💼 About This Role

You'll manage the technical operations of a portfolio of Fulfillment Centers and distribution hubs in the Hamburg region for Picnic. You'll coordinate new site setups, handle maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met across 10+ locations. This role offers direct ownership over facility processes and a chance to work in an international, growth-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a regional portfolio of 1 FC and ~10 hubs independently
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety standards
• Serve as primary contact for site leads and external service providers
• Support expansion of new buildings and implement innovative equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Facility Management, Building Services, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Facility Management or technical building management
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region
