🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide strategic architecture for the BASS platform.
• Establish technical standards for developer productivity.
• Mentor senior engineers to raise team execution.
• Navigate ambiguity to create executable engineering plans.
• Drive systemic reliability and reduce platform risk.

📋 Requirements

• Technical leadership experience with high-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in large-scale data processing (Spark or similar).
• Ability to ramp up quickly on new stacks, including Clojure.
• Practitioner-level knowledge of AI/ML and LLMs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in developer productivity or platform engineering.
• Background in AI/ML agentic workflows for infrastructure.
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers.
