Description

You will partner with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Procurement, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to negotiate commercial contracts and provide business-first legal advice. You will also work on a broad range of legal and business matters across the organization to help drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• JD from ABA-accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
• Active member of a recognized state bar in the United States
• 7+ years of relevant experience in law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills on commercial transactions
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements including SaaS, partnership, data processing, and NDAs
• Provide legal support to sales, partnerships, procurement, marketing, and customer success teams
• Assist in developing policies and procedures
• Identify and escalate legal issues, contributing to problem resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally on legal matters to support business development
