Description

As a Market Manager, you will be a strategic partner to a portfolio of services hosts in your region, providing tailored insights and strategies to help them succeed on Airbnb. You'll build trusted relationships, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with the team to scale education efforts through webinars and campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or similar partner-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, confident presenting ideas and building rapport in person, by phone, and email.
• Strong commercial skills to drive overall revenue growth for hosts.
• Natural relationship builder with energy, empathy, and genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Comfortable using CRM tools.
• Collaborative teammate willing to share knowledge and support the broader team.
• Organized and able to balance short-term actions with long-term growth.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with hosts, delivering helpful support and occasionally meeting in person.
• Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and guide hosts toward success.
• Understand Airbnb's product and host pain points deeply, advising hosts and sharing feedback with internal teams.
• Partner with the team to run engaging one-to-many programs like webinars and campaigns.
