💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the GTM partnerships team to drive high-quality leads for Airwallex Vietnam. You'll own the GTM strategy and execution, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize impact. This role offers ownership and accelerated learning in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of GTM Partnership Managers
• Identify and nurture strategic partners to generate qualified leads
• Design partner programs and incentives to boost engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on target segments

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in partnerships, GTM, or business development
• 2+ years managing a partnership or sales team
• Strong existing partner network in cross-border industries (Retail, Software, Tourism)
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia markets and SME segments
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
