You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives at incident.io, the leading AI incident response platform. You'll build a scalable sales engine and drive growth across the Americas. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic thinking with execution to expand our enterprise footprint.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise AEs.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy.
  • Support team in complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS teams.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to hire, coach, and develop talent in scaling environments.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
