You'll lead large enterprise transformation projects for a NICE CXone practice, managing programs up to $10M. You'll drive client satisfaction and deliver project status to executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage delivery relationship with assigned clients
• Lead implementation of large enterprise projects with 3-50 person teams
• Set up program management functions (communication, tracking, reporting)
• Develop financial reporting dashboards for project status

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years Project/Program Management within consulting
• Experience leading projects with $500k-$10M consulting services
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
• Experience leading multiple project teams of 3-50 people

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of NICE CXone solution
• Experience with cloud telephony platforms (Genesys, Five9, etc.)
• PMP or other Project Management certification
