💼 About This Role

You'll architect and operate scalable CX learning infrastructure at Rain, a stablecoin payments company. You'll directly link training to operational metrics and own the Docebo LMS. This role combines learning architecture design with hands-on LMS administration to drive performance across internal and BPO teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design tier-based CX skill progression and certification frameworks
• Administer and optimize Docebo LMS configuration and reporting
• Translate QA trends into structured training programs
• Standardize training across internal and BPO teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Learning & Development or CX Enablement
• Docebo implementation and administration experience
• Experience designing certification frameworks tied to performance metrics
• Experience working with BPO environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech experience (neobank or card issuing)
• Experience with smart contracts and blockchains
