💼 About This Role

You'll join Ravio's Sales Team as the first contact for prospects, owning full-cycle sales across Benelux, Nordics and Israel. You'll master compensation expertise and drive high-volume deals in a fast-paced environment. This role offers autonomy and equity in a rapidly scaling European leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research, identify and approach potential customers in your territory.
  • Own the sales lifecycle from outreach to closing.
  • Handle high volume of deals in parallel while building relationships.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth handover.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS full-cycle sales.
  • Exceptional EQ and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action in fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Hebrew, Spanish, Danish, or Swedish (preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of sales tech stack (Hubspot, SalesNavigator).
  • Experience handling small accounts in high-velocity environment.
