🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee a team of onsite technicians for VA EHRM deployments
• Configure network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and baseband networks
• Perform hardware imaging, break/fix, and inventory management
• Travel up to 50% to support training site installations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IP network design, configuration, or troubleshooting
• Experience managing technical teams
• Experience with Wi-Fi hardware configuration and management
• Ability to travel 50% and lift up to 50 lbs

• Public Trust Clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
• IT helpdesk Tier 2 experience
