Description

You will lead consolidated income tax reporting, manage tax compliance, drive strategic tax planning, and partner with cross-functional teams to support Archer's mission in sustainable air mobility.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Big 4 public accounting and industry
• Extensive experience with ASC 740 tax accounting for multinational corporations
• Experience with US federal, state, and sales tax compliance
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual SEC tax reporting under ASC 740
• Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance and audits
• Negotiate contracts with software providers and external consultants
• Lead tax due diligence and structuring for mergers and acquisitions
• Identify and obtain tax incentives for the company
