💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 6 elite engineers managing AWS infrastructure at scale for a high-growth SaaS leader. Your mission is to ensure platform reliability, drive FinOps strategy, and define infrastructure best practices. This role offers high autonomy and impact across engineering and finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and improve the DevOps stack including ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Cloudflare
• Oversee AWS EKS clusters for resilience, performance, and security
• Partner with Finance to manage hosting costs and drive cost-conscious culture
• Define infrastructure best practices across the engineering organization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing engineering teams in a cloud-native environment
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem (EKS, IAM, VPC, RDS)
• Expert-level knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and IaC (Terraform)
• Proven track record managing seven-figure cloud budgets

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust principles
• Experience with Cloudflare WAF, Workers, or CDN
