Description

You will join the Okta Access Management Team to build authentication and authorization services for Okta-protected resources, enabling users to securely access applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, secure software components.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience building Java-based web applications
• Good understanding of design patterns, scalability, security engineering, and OOP
• Experience with CI/CD in fast-paced software development teams
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Support, UX) for seamless integration
• Contribute to technical designs, proposals, and architectural decisions
• Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with comprehensive unit/functional tests
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
