Description

Lead and build a team of performance load testing engineers to ensure scalable, high-performance identity solutions. You will implement agile processes, drive load testing across distributed systems, and foster a 'shift left' performance culture.

Requirements

• Strong technical background as developer or systems engineer
• Experience leading software development or QA testing teams
• Expert level knowledge with load testing tools (Apache Bench, Artillery, K6)
• Experience with Node.js and frameworks like Hapi.js or Fastify
• Experience with API-driven cloud-native distributed systems on Kubernetes, AWS, Azure

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of load testing engineers
• Implement agile processes and ensure accountability
• Build and maintain backlog of high impact load tests
• Partner with testing managers for cohesive testing approach
• Promote 'shift left' culture and performance awareness
