💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the trusted ML/AI expert for Databricks customers and the Field Engineering organization, architecting production-grade ML/AI applications on the Databricks platform. You'll drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies in GenAI, MLOps, and ML while establishing yourself as an AI thought leader. This role offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally and influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect production-level ML/AI workloads including agents and end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Serve as trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions like RAG and agentic systems.
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads with best-in-class MLOps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer voice and influence product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in cloud infrastructure or AI engineering.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs, AI guardrails.
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
• Can meet expectations for technical training and role-specific outcomes within 3 months of hire.
