  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across all biddable and partner channels
  • Scale lead generation balancing volume, quality, and downstream conversion
  • Build a portfolio-based channel investment approach for dynamic capital allocation
  • Drive growth by optimizing SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years in performance marketing with a strong lead generation focus
  • Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets
  • Deep expertise across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate ecosystems
  • Proven ability to drive profitable growth at scale with a strong analytical mindset
