🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across all biddable and partner channels
- Scale lead generation balancing volume, quality, and downstream conversion
- Build a portfolio-based channel investment approach for dynamic capital allocation
- Drive growth by optimizing SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years in performance marketing with a strong lead generation focus
- Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets
- Deep expertise across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate ecosystems
- Proven ability to drive profitable growth at scale with a strong analytical mindset
