Description

As a Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia. You will follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient conditions while working independently and documenting care using a touch pad tablet.

Requirements

• Current RN license in PA
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical/medical-surgical experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Ability to travel to cases

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan per patient's needs
• Perform home visits in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Document observations and interventions in EMR
