🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and research activities, translating findings into product decisions
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes at multiple fidelity levels
• Contribute to Design Platforms and Design Systems
• Facilitate workshops connecting user insights to business direction

📋 Requirements

• Prototyping at multiple fidelity levels as a core practice
• Design Systems or Design Platforms experience in a product context
• Advanced English and Spanish (both non-negotiable)
• Full design cycle experience: discovery, prototyping, delivery

• Enterprise/SaaS experience
• Portfolio showcasing digital products - Web and Mobile
