Description

You will serve as a liaison between multiple functional areas to ensure timely delivery of the Cogstate Rater Training Program. You'll manage study reporting, maintain relationships with sites/raters/sponsors, and deliver quality oversight for assigned clinical trials.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish
• Experience managing phase I-III clinical trials preferred
• Ability to follow study changes and re-prioritize independently
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks per SOPs and regulatory standards
• Accurate real-time tracking and high-volume email/site communications
• Mentor junior team members and oversee their work
• Support Rater Services Managers with minimal oversight
• Act as primary point of contact for sites/raters/CRO from start-up to close-out
