💼 About This Role

You'll be the first SRE at Modulate, owning production reliability and building monitoring and incident response from the ground up. Your work will ensure high availability for our conversation intelligence platform. This foundational role offers significant impact on infrastructure strategy and enterprise readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate production systems for APIs and enterprise products
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems
• Build and improve on-call rotations and operational workflows

📋 Requirements

• Experience deploying and maintaining production software systems
• Experience building monitoring and alerting systems for production
• Experience with on-call rotations and incident response
• Strong experience with AWS, Python, and Linux

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience supporting high-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with hybrid or on-prem deployment models
