💼 About This Role

You'll help lead the evolution of Blinq's infrastructure as we scale, designing resilient systems for a platform powering millions of first interactions. You'll work alongside existing SRE and platform engineers to automate deployment processes and refine monitoring and incident response. Your impact will shape the performance, uptime, and reliability of the AI contacts app used by 4 million professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain robust infrastructure that scales globally
• Define SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets in partnership with product teams
• Improve on-call practices, observability tooling, and incident response
• Own CI/CD architecture and deployment pipelines for speed and safety

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proven ability to scale systems in production with high-availability architectures
• Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems, containerisation, and cloud infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GCP and AWS
• Experience defining and managing SLOs and SLAs across complex systems
