Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
• Computer experience and numeric input accuracy
• Strong organizational and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize with deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of clients, products, and services
• Document customer interactions and transactions
• Process phoned, faxed, and emailed quotes and orders accurately
• Data entry of orders for production
• Answer phone within 3 rings and direct callers
