💼 About This Role

You'll build and expand Montu's network of mid-tier pharmacies across Germany, driving product adoption and commercial growth through a mix of inside and field sales. This role combines new business development with strategic account management to enhance customer performance and generate measurable results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, approach and onboard new pharmacies in your region
• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 B2B pharmacy accounts
• Increase order frequency, basket value and product mix
• Conduct product consultations to support pharmacists and their teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development or account management
• Background in healthcare, pharma or medtech (preferred)
• Native or fluent German and solid English skills
• Valid driver's license
