💼 About This Role

You'll lead supply chain operations across Lexington and Waltham, shaping strategies for critical imaging products in defense. You will drive cross-functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligning with business goals.
• Build supplier relationships and drive performance management.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms with suppliers.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in aerospace defense or regulated manufacturing.
• FAR/DFARS, ITAR and defense contracting knowledge.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance.
