💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience using your fandom knowledge to help customers find the merch they love. You'll share your pop culture expertise, stock products, and keep the store visually appealing while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience. You'll also assist with planogram changes and communicate trends to management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales at the register
• Cover sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
