💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team overseeing SIEM and continuous monitoring programs for FedRAMP and enterprise clients. You'll resolve complex technical escalations, optimize security tools, and drive operational efficiency. This role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary technical escalation point for complex operational issues
• Maintain and optimize SIEM, vulnerability management, and EDR systems
• Oversee continuous monitoring for FedRAMP and compliance programs
• Manage and mentor a team of security engineers

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical engineering or operations roles
• Expertise with SIEM platforms (Splunk, ELK, SumoLogic, Sentinel)
• Deep understanding of FedRAMP continuous monitoring requirements
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing FedRAMP continuous monitoring programs
• Familiarity with ITIL or TOGAF
• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python)
