As a BAYADA RN, you'll provide skilled, personalized one-on-one home care to clients in and around Decatur, IN. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule with consistent weekly pay and 24/7 clinical support, focusing on meaningful 1:1 care without the high patient ratios of a hospital.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate and ready to provide 1:1 care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, personalized one-on-one care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in the home
• Build meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality care
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Work flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) on full-time, part-time, or PRN basis
• Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support team
