You'll provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers, serving as an escalation point for complex issues. You'll handle challenging debugging scenarios and help resolve problems beyond standard support workflows. You'll collaborate with Support Engineers and Customer Success Engineers through Zendesk tickets.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality technical support via Zendesk tickets and calls.
  • Handle escalated customer issues requiring deep debugging.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Document findings and share knowledge with the team.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress expertise with themes, plugins, hooks, filters, WP-CLI.
  • Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with block editor (Gutenberg) and WooCommerce.
  • Experience with New Relic, Kibana or similar monitoring tools.
  • Enterprise WordPress support experience.
