You'll lead the development of innovative concepts for Good American's inclusive fashion collections, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring trend-setting designs to market. Your core impact will be shaping seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and prints that align with the brand's commitment to size inclusivity and style.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research products across RTW, Denim, Accessories, and Swim categories.
• Create seasonal mood boards with concept, color, and trend direction.
• Develop seasonal color palettes based on sales and market research.
• Manage print development with international print houses and designers.
• Build collection outfit boards showing product flow and color story.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• High-level experience in trend forecasting and knowledge of silhouettes and fabrics.
• Experience in designing for size-inclusive apparel (00-32).
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced fashion environment.
