You'll provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in the Pearland/Pasadena area, helping them restore strength and mobility. Your work directly improves patient safety and independence. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through an agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
