You'll serve as the lead technician directing tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers up to 500 feet. Your core impact involves ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while mentoring less experienced team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily crew operations and ensure safety and quality standards
• Climb and perform work on communication towers up to 500 feet
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, and connectors
• Perform sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber inspections

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive tower construction or field service experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from accredited institution
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• First Aid and CPR Certification
• NWSA Certification
• Hazcom Certification
