You'll own end-to-end recruitment for a global high-growth company, hiring across technical, creative, and business functions. You'll design AI-driven sourcing strategies and build automated workflows to scale teams in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. This role offers high autonomy to experiment with cutting-edge recruiting tools.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Design and execute AI-driven sourcing strategies with non-traditional channels
- Build and optimize recruiting workflows and automation systems
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and processes
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-scaling startup or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to hire across technical, creative, and business functions up to senior levels
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and sourcing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, hireEZ, Clay, Apollo)
- Experience building automation, workflows, or tooling to improve recruiting efficiency
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with non-traditional talent channels (GitHub, Kaggle, open-source communities)
- Familiarity with talent markets across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East
