💼 About This Role

You'll fast-track into a leadership role as Operations Manager within two years, gaining hands-on experience in our Fulfilment Center and driving strategic projects across the supply chain. You'll lead teams, optimize processes, and contribute to Picnic's sustainable logistics revolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise shifts in the Fulfilment Center, coordinating and leading teams.
• Plan and execute optimization projects to improve productivity and processes.
• Take on cross-site or cross-department assignments in year two.
• Work on strategic initiatives like order process optimization or new FC support.

📋 Requirements

• Completed or near-completed Master's degree in Logistics, SCM, or Industrial Engineering.
• Practical experience in supply chain through internships or work student roles.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
