💼 About This Role

You'll own the full analytics lifecycle from data exploration to strategic recommendations, driving actionable insights that fuel membership growth, retention, and engagement for a global community of 250,000+ entrepreneurs. You'll build predictive models and define A/B testing frameworks to shape product and growth decisions in a lean, founder-led company with real momentum.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer segmentation and behavioral analytics to uncover patterns and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Build audience models for personalized lifecycle marketing, retention campaigns, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain predictive models (e.g., churn risk, LTV) to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Define, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across the member journey.

📋 Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of analytics experience, ideally in a membership or subscription business.
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, LTV modeling, retention analysis, and growth experimentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
