You'll join Dandy as a Factory Automation Engineer, co-engineering novel high-throughput manufacturing lines for a venture-backed dental tech company. You'll own equipment from enablement through long-term sustainability, ensuring reliability and quality for 24/7 production. This role offers massive influence as an early team member defining factory automation architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead factory integration activities for new automated equipment
• Monitor equipment health and perform root cause corrective actions
• Manage process conditions to meet Process Control Document requirements
• Develop and implement processing conditions for new equipment and materials

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
• 4+ years experience as Manufacturing or Process Engineer
• Equipment ownership from enablement to long-term sustainability
• Experience with SPC and statistical techniques

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma continuous improvement experience
• DMAIC and Design of Experiments (DOE) proficiency
• Experience in high-throughput custom manufacturing
