💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. Your work helps eliminate hunger through our donation program. You'll also use your fandom knowledge to train new team members and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge to customers
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions and register closeouts
• Assist with planogram changes, store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising
• Support stock room organization, store tidiness, and loss prevention

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
