💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance. You'll coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers rapid pay progression every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
