🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and track core GTM metrics with scalable dashboards
• Design models for customer behavior and retention analysis
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in quantitative roles in hyper-growth product companies
• Expertise in SQL with ETL workflow design
• Experience with Salesforce and sales activity data
• Proficiency in Python or R

• Experience with modern data stack (DBT, Looker, Omni)
• Marketing campaign and channel-level metrics experience
