🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily workload and prioritize tasks for the Quote Prepper team.
• Review and approve quotes and orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Train, onboard, and mentor team members on processes and standards.
• Maintain and improve vendor catalogues and inventory data in systems.
• Act as escalation point for complex or non-standard requests.

📋 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, data entry, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to support or guide others in a leadership capacity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Confidence working with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar systems.
