🎯 What You'll Do

• Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go.
• Implement new microservices and migrate away from legacy services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science on technical designs.
• Optimize systems for latency and reliability under heavy load.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience building scalable backend services (5+ for seniors).
• Go or strong proficiency in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, etc.
• PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• 1+ year hands-on with mapping-related work (geospatial data, map-matching, routing).

✨ Nice to Have

• Driver-side intuition for navigation systems.
• Experience with routing engines like OSRM.
• Proficiency in C++ or familiarity with OpenStreetMap.
