You'll join as the second Talent Acquisition Specialist at EverAI, a fast-growing AI companionship company with 50M users. Your core impact will be identifying and attracting top global talent while building scalable recruitment processes. You'll work closely with the CEO and help shape how we hire as we grow from 75 to 100+ employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage elite global talent from Tier 1 tech hubs
• Conduct structured interviews for technical and cultural fit
• Own the full candidate journey from discovery to close
• Improve hiring workflows and employer branding initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruitment with 2+ years in tech recruitment
• Start-up or scale-up recruitment experience
• Global sourcing track record (US, EU, LATAM)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
