Description

You will perform general maintenance tasks such as appliance repair, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, and snow removal. Additionally, you will assist with evening meal delivery, time-sensitive runs, building security checks, and basic IT support.

Requirements

• Ability to perform routine maintenance with excellent customer service
• Self-motivated
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders and walk long distances
• Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
• Licensed/Certified in HVAC

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks: appliance repair, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, snow removal
• Deliver evening meals and make time-sensitive runs for the Health Center
• Round to ensure community is secured
• Provide basic IT support as needed
